permission granting

 The location where our team was filming was a construction site for the shopping mall in our area, known as Moti Bazaar. Since it was newly under construction, it provided an ideal backdrop for our shoot. Initially, when we attempted to film there, we were informed that we needed permission from the authorities. As the project director, I went to the head office, and they instructed me to send a request via email. I asked them to allow us to shoot for two days during the daytime and to use one floor of the building.

this was their response;

We are pleased to inform you that Bahria Town Phase 1 authorities have granted permission for your team to conduct filming for your project at Moti Bazaar’s ground floor, which is currently under construction.

Please ensure that all necessary safety precautions are followed during the shoot, and that the site remains undisturbed beyond your planned activities. Any structural modifications or extended use beyond the agreed schedule must be communicated in advance for approval.
